Digital Products and Services offers digital products and services for purchase to its readers and subscribers, including downloads and online services.

Unless stated otherwise, all products and services have an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee.

In other words, if you decide a product or service is not suitable for any reason you can notify us by email within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you with a full refund.

Please note: It is your responsibility to review the purchased product or service within the 30-day window to determine if it fits your needs.

Some of our products and services also offer a conditional guarantee based on meeting certain product-specific requirements. Please refer to individual refund policies for more information.


Where a product or service is offered on a subscription basis, recurring payments are taken for continued access. This consists of an initial payment followed by subsequent payments at a defined interval, for example every calendar month, for as long the customer requires access.

Note that payment is always in advance not in arrears. So for example, the initial payment of a monthly subscription represents payment for the first month of access to the product or service commencing on the day the payment was made.

If you cancel a subscription within the first 30 days you will be refunded your initial payment.

However, if you cancel your subscription after 30 days your initial payment will not be refunded but your subsequent payments will be cancelled*.
